People with snoring and sleep apnea can go for continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), where a machine is used near the bed along with the face mask while sleeping.  This machine blows a very pressurized air on the face via mask, but this method is very expensive.  Another curing method is to use dental devices to clearly open airway, and these devices are produced in different varieties, where some can be used inside and some outside to set the lower jaw.  There are even surgery performed to stop snoring, in which the size of air passage is increased to make breathing easier.  There are few exercises that help in opening the airway naturally without any problem and these exercises require only few minutes daily to stop snoring.
